What is soft tissue surgery?
Surgery relating to structures other than bone or nervous system are typically grouped together as soft tissue surgeries.
These procedures are diverse, challenging and often require the experience of a specialist surgeon and specialised equipment. Our hospital is superbly equipped with state of the art equipment and operating theatres.
Outstanding infection control protocols are in place to minimize the risk of surgical site infection. Our surgical service is enhanced by the latest technologies in diagnostic imaging. Computed tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), fluoroscopy, ultrasound and digital radiography (DR) are all available on site. Our soft tissue service is ably supported by our Internal Medicine Service. For many cases a consultative and collaborative approach between the two departments ensures optimal patient outcomes.
