Dr Sasha Polak
Surgical Registrar
BVSc, MVS, MANZCVS (Small Animal Surgery)
Sasha is a Surgical Registrar and a Member of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Small Animal Surgery. She is currently working towards Fellowship.
After graduating from the University of Melbourne in 2010, she spent several years in general practice before finding herself increasingly drawn to surgery. She subsequently pursued further training at Massey University in New Zealand, completing a residency and Master’s degree in Small Animal Surgery.
Sasha’s interests range across orthopaedic, soft tissue and spinal surgery, and she particularly enjoys the variety and problem-solving involved in complex cases. She treats every animal as an individual, mindful of the difference surgery can make to their quality of life.
Away from the clinic, Sasha loves the outdoors, a good movie, and spending time with her young family.
